One thing I learned is that customers want to see real results. For this reason, every time I created the reseller site I also included a description of how a particularly complex problem was solved or how an important project was managed, I collected feedback and stories to tell.

On your site, include a section dedicated to case studies : show how you have helped customers in real situations. Testimonials are a real ace up your sleeve: they let those who have already chosen you and have been happy with you speak.

How many times have you visited a site moj database and not easily found a phone number or a contact form? It’s frustrating, right? On your site, create a clear and visible section for contacts. I, for example, added a simple form that allows customers to request personalized consultations in just a few clicks. This small detail has significantly increased requests.

 Use multimedia to explain who you are and what you do

I still remember the first time I put a video on my site: it was a short clip showing the benefits of a competitor analysis. The response was how often should you post on facebook? incredible! Customers love to see “behind the scenes” and understand how your products work and how you support them.
On your site, include:

  • Infographics that explain complex processes in a simple way
  • Photo galleries of your most important projects
