In Valencia and the Bubó pastry shop in Barcelona. and I spent the 2009 Christmas season working at La Taberna del Alabardero in Seville as a pastry teacher. and pastry chef at the Taberna del Alabardero restaurant.
In 2012 I went to Germany (Hamburg). Due to the situation in our country, I preferred to pack my bags and leave to continue seeing the world and continue learning. Without EF Leads knowing the language it was not easy to find work. Finally I work as a pastry chef at the East Coast Restaurant in Hamburg. Since June 2014 I have lived in Malaga and visit Germany a lot for specialized courses.
