Esther, an example of professional reinvention , created her brand  Chocolatísimo. Es  after a specialized professional career that began in a course for the unemployed. She is an example that shows how to take advantage of training as a resource to develop a professional career. This is a summary of her professional presentation.

I am a person with a very good humor

Born in Seville in 1985. I created chocolatisimo.com in 2008. My first pastry course was at the age of sixteen through the old INEM (National Employment Institute). At the age of seventeen I already knew that this was my passion and I took courses at the Pastry School of Seville and at the La Taberna del Alabardero Higher School of Hospitality. In 2005, I moved to Malaga to study an intermediate degree in pastry and baking.

During the 2006/2007 academic year I passed my intermediate degree in pastry. And baking with honors and won a contest with my . Hazelnut cake in chocolate textures Crypto Email List with a touch of cardamom.” (…) At my institute I was awarded the Leonardo scholarship and I did a company internship in Italy for three months after which they offered me a job and I decided to stay for a year. In 2008, after returning from Italy, I did internships at the Guggenheim Restaurant.

In Valencia and the Bubó pastry shop in Barcelona. and I spent the 2009 Christmas season working at La Taberna del Alabardero in Seville as a pastry teacher. and pastry chef at the Taberna del Alabardero restaurant. 

In 2012 I went to Germany (Hamburg). Due to the situation in our country, I preferred to pack my bags and leave to continue seeing the world and continue learning. Without EF Leads knowing the language it was not easy to find work. Finally I work as a pastry chef at the East Coast Restaurant in Hamburg. Since June 2014 I have lived in Malaga and visit Germany a lot for specialized courses.
